Usage
Add 4 scoops of N-MASSâ„¢ to a shaker cup or blender filled with 500mL (16.9oz) water. Shake or blend for 30-60 seconds. Mixing N-MASSâ„¢ with milk instead of water will make for a thicker, creamier and higher calorie shake. New users may want to start with a half serving (2 scoops) before gradually increasing to a full serving per day.
